अगर आधार active है, लेकिन Technical Error का message आता है तो अपने system से EKYC CERTIFICATE generate कीजिये (print out निकलने की जरूरत नही है), फिर Balance Enquiry और फिर withdrawal करे

अगर आधार inactive है, तो EKYC करे, उंसके बाद technical error का message हट जाएगा और Aadhaar not mapped to any active account का message आएगा, ऐसी स्थिति में ग्राहक अपने SBI शाखा पर जाकर अपने account पर आधार seeding सफलता पूर्वक करवा सकता है, ततपशचात ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र से AEPS लेन देन की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर सकता है
