  1. A csp account has a link to cif of home branch but there is no finger print coming to the csp account when visiting the portal on our portal to view the minisatement

    Mane ekyc se account open kiye he jab me customer login me transition krta hou to this service in enabled for ekyc customer ye error bataraha he.. please solution batao

    • sir sbi bank के लिए भी नियम होंगे कहा csp देना हे कहाँ नहीं एक ही जगह एक ही वार्ड् मे दो दो तीन देने से किसका फायदा होगा बैंक के नीचे , एक केबिन मे कही भी sir मुझे इस तरह की नियमावली की प्रिंट चाहिए ओर कहाँ किस ऑफिस मे इसके खिलाफ अपील करू ये बताए . tonk rajasthan se hu

  3. i have a CSP and i had opened some customers account but I have facing problem in checker maker process because CBS portal said can’t reach this site
    please told me what to do in CBS portal

    • Solution for authorisation of CSP accounts at branches

      Login>CBS>Apps>KIOSK.
      (Back button at this stage screen is disappearing)
      Solution:- Go to tools>compatibility view Settings – Remove fikiosk.com and add this website 10.73.0.201.
      Untick the following 2 boxes:-
      1. □ Display intranet sites in compatibility view.
      2.□ use Microsoft compatibility lists.

      After above, close all the browsers and restart the CBS.
