Digipay Login is an Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS) App which can be used in Laptop/Computer as well as in Smart Phone. CSC e-Governance Services India Limited, in Collaboration with National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI), has launched this application for CSC VLE
In order to download the Digipay Software on Laptop/Computer, the CSC VLE needs to logon to https://digipay.csccloud.in/ and accordingly just click on Download Digipay, the system will provide to select the required option
On click to Download, Digipay Software will be downloaded in the form of Zipped Folder and can be saved in any drive/location according to convenience of the user (CSC VLE). The setup file of Digipay can be extracted from the downloaded zipped folder and accordingly, after right click on it, the option will come as Run as administrator.
Now, on clicked to Run as administrator, the installation process will start and on successful completion of it, an Icon will be seen at Desktop.
After installation of Digipay on Desktop and for the first time, the user (CSC VLE) needs to right click on the Icon and proceed for Run as administrator. In doing so, the system will ask to enter CSC ID of VLE on the displayed Interface for registration. Check the declaration box and click on PROCEED to proceed further.
On next interface, the system will ask to enter OTP sent to registered email ID of the CSC VLE.
Validate the OTP as per next displayed interface
Upon successful validation of OTP, the system will ask for biometric authentication as per interface displayed below:
Upon successful Biometric Authentication of VLE, click on OK to restart Digipay Application. In this way DIGIPAY setup is completed.
Now further login to Digipay can be done for transactions related to AEPS/Domestic Money Transfer. For this just click on Digipay Icon (Single Click/Double Click, depending on system configuration). The interface displayed will ask to enter CSC ID of VLE, Check Declaration box and click on Scan for Biometric Authentication.
Upon Successful Biometric Authentication, OTP will be sent to Registered Mobile Number of VLE.
After correct OTP get entered, Digipay Login will be successful.
The Digipay is now ready to serve for customers.
Technical Setup:
- The Operator (CSP/CSC VLE) must have whitelisted (registered) finger print device.
- To download Morpho Driver, click here
- To download RD Setup File, click here
After successful installation of Morpho Driver and RD Setup File, check for communication mode. It must be 1. If it is 0 then open the icon named as This PC, Open Local Disk (C:), then open Folder named as MorphoRdServiceL0Soft and finally open the file named as ConfigSettings. In this file, set communication mode as 1 if it is set as 0 by default. Save the file. Close all files and folders
Disconnect Morpho Device and reconnect it. The RD Service will be restarted with the displayed of message from server as
Click on Ok
