The passbook issued by the bank is an important document for the bank’s account holders. Through this, not only the information about transactions of accounts is reveal, but it is also used to verify identity and address of account holder in others related work. The bank issue passbooks are update with the passbook printer available at the bank branch or Customer Service Point (CSP). Once successfully updated, one can view and understand transaction of account in details.
There are some problems that have to be solve by ourselves because there is a famous quote that God helps those who help themselves. Sometimes a situation also arises due to which the customers are unable to update their passbook from the bank branch or Customer Service Point (CSP). They are not able to get the details of the transaction to perform of their account at the right time. So, considering this problem being faceing by customers, State Bank of India has introduce m-Passbook through which one can get the transaction details of their account either on Smartphone or on laptop / computer.
