इस योजना के माध्यम से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में घर-घर बैंकिंग सेवाएं पहुंचाई जाएंगी! जिससे कि लोगों को घर बैठे बैंकिंग सुविधा प्राप्त करने का लाभ मिलेगा! इस योजना में ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में रहने वाली महिलाओं को कुछ करने की तथा आत्म निर्भर रहने की प्रेरणा मिलती है! बैंक सखी योजना के माध्यम से लगभग 58000 महिलाओं को रोजगार प्रदान किया जाएगा! जो महिलाएं इस योजना में आवेदन करेंगी!

उन्हें बैंक सखी योजना के माध्यम से पहले 6 महीने तक ₹4000 हर महीने दिए जाएंगे, साथ ही इस योजना को पूरी तरह से डिजिटल सेवाएं प्रदान करने वाली महिलाओं को ₹50000 डिजिटल उपकरणों के लिए दिए जाएंगे साथी महिलाओं की महीने की आय इनके पास डिजिटल मोड के माध्यम से पहुंच सकेगी! बैंकिंग सखी योजना के माध्यम से महिलाओं को आसानी से आमदनी प्राप्त करने का काम भी करती रहेंगी! कोरोना महामारी की वजह से सरकार बैंकों के बाहर लगने वाली लाइन भी कम करने जा रही है ! जिसके कारण भीड़ होती है ,इस कारण भीड़ से भी बचाव होगा!
