CASH PAYMENT Use simple mathematics just to know that whether any disputed transaction occurred on previous day or not

Go to SBI KIOSK LOGIN

Opening Balance + Cash Payments + KO Deposit – Cash Receipts – KO Withdrawal = Closing Balance

Then compare the value of Calculated Closing Balance with that of as reflected in KO Cash Holding Report.

If Matched, then it means that NO DISPUTED TRANSACTION occurred on previous day.

If found Mis-matched, then contact BC and request for settlement of Disputed Transaction

For Example –

 

Using,

Opening Balance + Cash Payments + KO Deposit – Cash Receipts –KO Withdrawal = Closing Balance, we have

3817 + 30200 + 0 – 20000 – 0 = 14017 [ ≠ 9017(Closing Balance)]

There is a difference of Rs 5000/- (14017 – 9017)

So, Disputed Transaction occurred on previous day. (Withdrawal Transaction amount not added to KO Cash Holding). In such a case, contact BC and request for settlement of Disputed Transaction

Using,

Opening Balance + Cash Payments + KO Deposit – Cash Receipts –KO Withdrawal = Closing Balance, we have

3500 + 170200 + 0 – 103370 – 0 = 70330 [Closing Balance]

So, No Disputed Transaction occurred on previous day.
