As we are all aware of the fact that Microsoft Support to Windows 7 has come to an end on 14^th January 2020. As such, the PC/Laptop is now more vulnerable to viruses and malware due to-

Kiosk Operators running Customer Service Point are required to upgrade their Windows 7 PC/Laptop to Windows 10 for smooth functioning of Kiosk Portal. Following are the minimum requirements for Windows 10 installation

32-bit or 64-bit System type (64-bit preferable)
OS – Windows 10 Pro with Microsoft Edition 15 or more
