FRAUD CALLS – With the increase in Online Digital Transactions, the incidence of fraudulent activities related to Banking Transaction also increases day by day resulting in huge loss of hard earning money from the accounts of customers.

- ATM Card Holders:
Never share any information of ATM/Debit Card of the account to any individual under any circumstances. The information of the ATM/Debit Card which includes 16-Digit Card Number, CVV number, ATM PIN etc must remain confidential and used by self only during any type of transactions. Avoid ATM PIN to write on diary/notebook or anywhere and make a good habit to keep it on memory. Change ATM PIN too in regular or irregular interval of Time or whenever it feel necessary to do so. Never share One Time Password (OTP) received in registered mobile number to any individual during online transaction done by ATM/Debit Card.
- Internet Banking Users: Fraud Calls
Use Internet Banking, only on secured web browsers. Never share User Id, Login Password, Transaction Password, Profile Password and One Time Password (OTP) received in registered mobile number during last/final step of online transaction to any individual under any circumstances.

- Use of Mobile App for online transaction:- Fraud Calls
It is always preferable to use genuine mobile app of the concerned bank. Avoid using third party mobile app for online transaction.
- AEPS Transaction: Fraud Calls
Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS) Transaction carried out in Aadhaar Seeded Accounts. Account holders of such accounts needs to go through biometric finger print authentication for transaction. So, care must be taken before and after the transaction. Further, extreme precautions must be taken when any third person approaches to your doorsteps for biometric authentication for transaction or any other works related. It is desirable to visit CSP Outlets allotted by respective bank for AEPS Transaction.
- Under any circumstances, never share any type of information related to bank account on receiving mobile call although the caller introduced himself/herself as a bank official. Further, do not use any suspicious link received in email Id.
