Never share One Time Password (OTP) received in registered mobile number to any individual during online transaction done by ATM/Debit Card.

  • Internet Banking Users: Fraud Calls

Use Internet Banking, only on secured web browsers. Never share User Id, Login Password, Transaction Password, Profile Password and One Time Password (OTP) received in registered mobile number during last/final step of online transaction to any individual under any circumstances.

It is always preferable to use genuine mobile app of the concerned bank. Avoid using third party mobile app for online transaction.

  • AEPS Transaction: Fraud Calls

Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS) Transaction carried out in Aadhaar Seeded Accounts. Account holders of such accounts needs to go through biometric finger print authentication for transaction. So, care must be taken before and after the transaction. Further, extreme precautions must be taken when any third person approaches to your doorsteps for biometric authentication for transaction or any other works related. It is desirable to visit CSP Outlets allotted by respective bank for AEPS Transaction.

  • Under any circumstances, never share any type of information related to bank account on receiving mobile call although the caller introduced himself/herself as a bank official. Further, do not use any suspicious link received in email Id.
