How to lodge/file or register complaint related to SBI Account
How to File Consumer Complaint Online :- It is commonly seen that customers having an account in their respective home branch have problems related to it. Some problem gets easily solved in the Branch Level itself while some get solved with the intervention of higher authority. So, considering such situation and for customer satisfaction, SBI has already launched an online platform so as to enable the customers to lodge/file or register their complaints related to their accounts.
In order to lodge/file or register complaint by customers, related to their account, one must logon to SBI CMS . In doing so, the interface will be displayed as
After filling up the above complaint form, click on the submit button for the successful submission of the form. Once successfully submitted, a response from the server will be received in the customer’s Mobile Number and email ID which was entered during filling up of Customer Complaint Form and it contains a Ticket Number of the online submitted complaint. The further status of the complaint will be known by using this Complaint Ticket Number. For this click, the link “Click here to Check Complaint Status” reflected on the upper-left corner of the interface. In doing so, the interface will be appeared as

How to File consumer Complaint Online
Enter Complaint Ticket Number, Mobile Number which was provided during filling up of Customer Complaint Form and Captcha Code and finally, on click to Submit Button, the Status of the complaint can be tracked.

There is always a good effort of the concerned authorities to resolve the issues within the least possible stipulated time period but if any customers are not satisfied with the resolution of the lodged online complaint then he/she can take recourse to The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.
