Jeevan Pramaan Certificate Download How to Download and Install Jeevan Pramaan Deskstop Application on Laptop/Computer?
CSP (Customer Service Point) allotted by Business Correspondence (BC) of respective Bank and Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLE) under CSC E-Governance Services India Limited can use JeevanPramaan Desktop Application for issue of Digital Life Certificate to Pensioners of State/Central Government Employee who are getting regular monthly pension amount in their account. It is mandatory for any Pensioners of State/Central Government Employee to Submit Life Certificate once in a year. This can be done by visit to Bank Branch where Pensioners have their bank account or any CSP/CSC VLE of nearby area of their place of residence.
In order to download and Install JeevanPramaan Desktop Application on Laptop/Computer, the CSP/CSC VLE needs to logon to https://jeevanpramaan.gov.in/ and from it click on Download. Enter Email ID and Captcha Code and click on I agree to download.
The system will ask to authenticate entered email ID through OTP(One Time Password) sent to it.
After authentication of entered Email ID through OTP, the next interface will displayed, from where we need to select the option of downloading the client software, either in Windows OS or Smartphone.
How to register in jeevan pramaan
Thereafter, the link will be sent to entered and authenticated email ID through which one can download client software of Jeevan Pramaan.
After download of client software of Jeevan Praman, the same can be installed on Laptop/Computer. After successful Installation, icon of Jeevan Pramaan will be displayed on the desktop.
After successful installation of Jeevan Pramaan Dekstop Application on Laptop/Computer, One-Time Registration/Authentication of Operator (CSP/CSC VLE) needs to be done.
After Aadhaar Number, Mobile Number and Email Id get entered, click on Generate OTP. In doing so, the system will ask to enter OTP received in Mobile Number and Email Id
On next interface, the operator (CSP/CSC VLE) will proceed for Biometric Authentication
The successful message of Operator Authentication (CSP/CSC VLE) will be displayed as below
Click on OK.
The Operator (CSP/CSC VLE) is now ready to provide service for onward submission of Digital Life Certificate of Pensioners. For this, the Operator (CSP/CSC VLE) needs to enter the Pensioner detail as per screenshot mentioned as under:
After Generate OTP get clicked, the system will ask to enter OTP received in Pensioner’s Mobile Number. After entry of correct OTP, the system will further ask to Enter additional details of Pensioner’s as per screenshot mentioned as under:
The Biometric Authentication of Pensioner needs to be done by click on Scan Finger. On successful authentication, acknowledgement will be generated in accordance with the screenshot displayed below:

and an SMS containing Jeevan Pramaan ID will be sent to Pensioner’s Mobile.
In Order to download Digital Life Certificate, visit https://jeevanpramaan.gov.in/ppouser/login and login with Jeevan Pramaan ID, followed by OTP Authentication.
Upon successful authentication, login will be done and accordingly Digital Life Certificate can be downloaded from the option available on the Interface.

- The Operator (CSP/CSC VLE) must have whitelisted (registered) finger print device.
- To download Morpho Driver, click here
- To download RD Setup File, click here
- After successful installation of Morpho Driver and RD Setup File, check for communication mode. It must be 1. If it is 0 then open the icon named as This PC, Open Local Disk (C:), then open Folder named as MorphoRdServiceL0Soft and finally open the file named as ConfigSettings. In this file, set communication mode as 1 if it is set as 0 by default. Save the file. Close all files and folders.
Disconnect Morpho Device and reconnect it. The RD Service will be restarted with the displayed of message from server as
