में वाहनों को बिना रुके ही अपना Toll Tax की भुगतान कर सकते हैं।

दरअसल, FASTAG एक तरह का उपकरण हैं जिसे वाहनों के windscreen पर लगाया जाता हैं।

यह RFID यानी Radio Frequency Identification तकनीक के आधार पर काम करता हैं।

वाहन जैसे ही Toll Plaza से गुजरता हैं, उसपर लगे Sensor वाहन के windscreen

पर लगे RFID के संपर्क में आ जाता हैं और FASTAG Account से उस Toll Plaza

पर लगने वाला शुल्क स्वतः ही कट जाता हैं। इस तरह Toll Plaza पर बिना रुके ही

Toll Tax का भुगतान हो जाता हैं। FASTAG Account एक तरह का Prepaid Account

होता हैं जिसे रिचार्ज या topup करवाना पड़ता हैं। यह ठीक prepaid मोबाइल सिम की

तरह ही होता जिसे समय समय पर रिचार्ज या topup करने की जरूरत होती हैं।

FASTAG Account को क्रेडिट कार्ड, डेबिट कार्ड, इन्टरनेट बैंकिंग के द्वारा

वाहनों के लिए FASTAG Offline और online किसी भी तरीके से बनवाया जा सकता हैं। कोई सारें पेट्रोल पंप से offline FASTAG बनवाने की सुविधा उपलब्ध हैं। कोई सारे बैंक Online FASTAG बनवाने की सुविधा दे रखी हैं।

SBI FASTAG दो तरह से प्राप्त किया जा सकता हैं

• Limited KYC
• Full KYC

दोनों पर ही वाहन की Registration Certificate और व्यक्ति के नाम का ID Proof और Address Proof दस्तावेज के साथ साथ पासपोर्ट फोटो की जरूरत होती हैं। Limited KYC पर जारी होने वाले FASTAG की अधिकतम मासिक रिचार्ज राशी दस हजार रूपये होता हैं जबकि Full KYC की अधिकतम रिचार्ज राशी एक लाख रूपये होता हैं। SBI FASTAG के द्वारा TOLL PLAZA पर लेनदेन पूरा होते ही पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर SMS द्वारा जानकारी मिल जाता हैं। SBI FASTAG की वैधता तीन साल के होता हैं।

कभी कभार FASTAG Account से डबल deduction भी हो जाता हैं। ऐसी स्थिति में Helpline नंबर 1033/1800-11-0018 पर कॉल करके, अपनी शिकायत दर्ज कराकर मामले का सही ढंग से निपटाया जा सकता हैं। इसके अलावा FASTAG की online पोर्टल से भी शिकायत दर्ज करवा सकते हैं या email के द्वारा भी सूचित किया जा सकता हैं। तथ्य के आधार पर सही पाए जाने पर Refund हो जायेगा।

SBI FASTAG वैसे तो एक Secured wallet ही हैं। Toll Plaza के अलावा कहीं और इसके द्वारा भुगतान नही हो सकता लेकिन इसके खो जाने पर और गलत इस्तेमाल की सम्भावना के मद्द्नाजर,  Helpline नंबर 1033/1800-11-0018 पर कॉल करके block कराने की सुविधा उपलब्ध हैं। FASTAG के ख़राब हो जाने पर भी अपने अपने बैंक को जानकारी देकर नया FASTAG प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। अगर कोई व्यक्ति FASTAG Account को बंद करना चाहता हैं तो Helpline नंबर 1033/1800-11-0018 को कॉल करके और पूरी जानकारी देकर बंद करवा सकता हैं। बंद हो जाने के बाद शेष राशि बैंक अकाउंट पर आ जायेगी।

The use of FASTAG has started at almost all the Toll Plaza since December 2019. As the vehicle passes the Toll Plaza, its sensor comes in virtual contact with RFID on the windscreen of the vehicle and the charges levied on that Toll Plaza are automatically

time to time. FASTAG Account can be recharge online through Credit Card, Debit Card,

FASTAG for vehicles can be acquired Offline and Online. Facility to make offline FASTAG from designated Petrol Pump is available. Many Banks have provided the online facility to make FASTAG.

SBI FASTAG can be obtained in two ways

1.  Limited KYC
2.  Full KYC

In both cases, the Registration Certificate of the Vehicle and ID Proof, Address Proof document of the concerned person along with passport photo are required. The maximum monthly recharge amount for FASTAG issued on Limited KYC is Ten Thousand rupees while the maximum recharge amount of Full KYC is One Lakh rupees. SBI FASTAG provides information via SMS on the registered mobile number as soon as the transaction gets completed at TOLL PLAZA. The validity of SBI FASTAG is three years.

Sometimes double deduction also occurred from FASTAG Account. In such a situation, the matter can be focus properly by calling Helpline number 1033/1800-11-0018 for registration of complaint. Apart from this, complaints can also be lodge through FASTAG’s online portal or can also be informe through email. It will be refund if found to be true base on the evidence or fact.

SBI FASTAG is a Secured wallet. It cannot be used for payment anywhere other than Toll Plaza but if lost and considering its possible misuse, it is desirable to call helpline number 1033/1800-11-0018 for blockage. Even after FASTAG gets damages, one can get a new FASTAG by contact to issuing bank. If a person wants to close FASTAG Account, then contact Helpline number 1033/1800-11-0018, provide the required formation for closure. The remaining balance amount will be transfer to the bank account after the closure of the FASTAG Account.
