KIOSK PORTAL In this age of Internet Technological Scenario which works through server, there is always a continuous Updation and Upgradation of the working module. The entire credits goes to technical experts or computer engineers for their regular and continuous efforts which enable us to avail the facilities of Internet Services for various related works in our daily life. The application of Internet services in Banking Sectors too are of great importance and due to this, Digital Transactions activities is being performed by the users and it increases day by day. However, considering the security issues related to digital transactions, continuous Updation and Upgradation of server is going through concerned technical team of experts.

Apart from regular efforts to enable security features of digital transactions more and more, there is always a continuous Updation and Upgradation of SBI Kiosk Server in order to provide qualitative service to the customer visiting allotted Customer Service Point across the country. Recent developments in SBI Kiosk Portal for customers visiting various CSP for transactions have been introduced. For the convenience of customers, two features/services has been added in SBI Kiosk

  1. Generation of Mini Statement of Aadhaar Seeded-Non-SBI Account (AEPS Offus Mini Statement)
  2. OTP Based Cash Deposit in any SBI Account

Generation of Mini Statement of Aadhaar Seeded-Non-SBI Account

Any Non-SBI Account Holder having their account seeded with Aadhaar Number can visit allotted CSP across the country to know the previous debit and credit transactions performed. However, the word mini-statement itself is self explanatory as one can view the limited number of last or previous transactions only. Prior to this, once can only make balance enquiry and do cash withdrawal transaction subject to a maximum of Rs 10000/- per day.

OTP Based Cash Deposit in any SBI Account

OTP Based Cash Deposit Facility has been successfully rolled out in SBI Kiosk Portal. Now it is mandatory for all visitors/customers to bring their own Mobile Handset containing inserted active SIM with an attempt to deposit Cash in Account through CSP run by Kiosk Operator. During the process of Cash Deposit Transaction in the account by Kiosk Operator, OTP (One Time Password) will be sent from server to customer mobile and accordingly after share of OTP with Kiosk Operator, the Cash Deposit Transaction will be completed successfully. Mobile Number used during Cash Deposit Transaction is irrespective of Mobile Number registered with bank account.

  1. Mobile otp for money transfer, is very bad update, cause some customer is very poor or not available for otp mobile, this situation kisok operater use his mobile i dont thik its very secure or safe update its only time Paas update.
